Job Description
We are looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, creating images, and layouts using design software. The candidate should also have experience in creating infographics and data-based visualization. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a new client or project. Applicants with experience in a startup, agency, or a creative field would be given preference.
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the team and brands to ensure consistency of designs across various media creation..
- Craft stunning visuals across every platform, from eye-catching logos and social media graphics to engaging video content and print materials.
- You collaborate seamlessly with copywriters, creative directors, and other team members, turning complex briefs into stunning visuals.
- You bring that extra spark of creativity that separates good design from truly unforgettable visuals
- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
- Create highly engaging designs with great attention to detail which is in accordance with brand attributes.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related discipline with a passion for graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software. Familiarity with ecommerce, marketing and advertising strategies, concepts, and practices.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Work on staying up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to continuously enhance your skills and deliver cutting-edge designs
