Job Description
UGLY is a versatile studio space in Sultanpur, New Delhi for various creative endeavours, including photography, content creation, and brand collaborations. We are currently in search of a dynamic Studio in Charge Associate to lead our team and spearhead the growth of our studio space.
As a Studio-In-Charge you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic development of our studio space. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to effectively manage all aspects of running a business independently, so prior experience in doing so is appreciated!
Job Responsibilities :
- Strategic Development: Collaborate closely with the management team to devise and execute strategies for expanding the studio's client base and maximizing revenue. Utilize your marketing prowess to promote the studio effectively and attract new clients.
- Equipment Management: Take charge of maintaining and managing the studio equipment inventory, ensuring all items are in top-notch condition and readily available for use. Leverage your photography background to identify opportunities for equipment enhancement and upgrades.
- Client Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and enhance the studio's reputation. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, bookings, and client support, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
- Creative Ideation: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and brainstorm innovative ideas to elevate their studio experience. Utilize your expertise in photography and studio operations to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Marketing Initiatives: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the Studio and attract potential clients. Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking events, to effectively reach target audiences and drive bookings.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage all administrative duties related to studio operations, including scheduling, invoicing, and contract management. Ensure meticulous attention to detail and efficiency in completing paperwork to facilitate smooth studio operations.
